This position is based at our most prestigious locations and manages the entire aquatics operation. While this position requires candidates to be lifeguard certified, the position does not always include actively lifeguarding. Candidates should have exceptional customer service skills and be comfortable working with Club General Managers and other senior club staff. This position is ideal for college students looking for experience in the hospitality industry.

The lifeguard pool manager oversees all the staff at the aquatic facility and all daily operations. They should have at least one year of lifeguarding experience and be willing to work 40 hours a week. Lifeguards managers are responsible for their assigned facility and are held to a higher standard. Candidates will work closely with company leadership and serve as the primary point person for their staff at their assigned swim club.

As part of the pool management team, assistant managers and head lifeguards aid the manager and act as a shift leader in the manager's absence. All members of the management team must be American Red Cross lifeguard certified.

Expert Aquatics Lifeguards must be of the highest integrity and be able to successfully pass the American Red Cross lifeguard certification class. Lifeguards are responsible for lifeguarding, regular facility cleaning, and rule enforcement. 

Guest services attendants are required to have a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills. Guest service attendants are responsible for greeting members, facility cleanliness, and sometimes dispatching a waterslide. Applicants should be excited to meet new people and engage them in conversation as they welcome them to enjoy the aquatic facility.
