Expert Aquatics was born out of the need to provide the Triangle area of North Carolina with a different pool management and maintenance experience. We believe that each swim club, HOA, or country club has unique needs to please their members. We will work with you to create a truly custom service to best fit your facility.

We know the summertime should be full of fun, but at Expert Aquatics we believe safety first, and fun second. Each year in the US, over 3500 people drown with over 900 being children. It is our mission to lower this number by staffing professionally trained lifeguards at our management facilities and providing education about the dangers of swimming pools.

Jarod Dodd, Founder/Owner
Jarod began his career in Raleigh, North Carolina in 2009 as a Regional Manager for a large commercial aquatics company. Since then, years of experience have helped him to develop his sense of business and aquatics knowledge. Jarod showcases a remarkable journey from lifeguard roles to the owner and operator of Expert Aquatics LLC. Jarod holds certifications as a PHTA CPO Instructor, American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, and General Contractor. With over 15 years in the commerical aquatics space, Jarod has proven his expertise in lifeguard hiring & training, pool operations, construction & renovation, and above all aquatic safety. Jarod Dodd at the helm of Expert Aquatics represents the best the pool management industry has to offer.
